Eva Jamison2It’s important that tellers keep small talk to a minimum, focus on transactions and not try to interrogate regular patrons about what kind of work they do, whether or not they own a business, do contracting or if their business is doing well. Especially if someone is not seeking a loan from a TELLER. These questions are inappropriate and not appreciated. I see that the tellers have recently rolled over. Its important to remind them about respecting boundaries and professionalism at work!

Fern Sunday3I used to be able to call and pay my visa over the phone. Not anymore. I do not want to use Magic or do any transactions on the computer. I was scambed and don't want to have that happen again. Also I used to be able to print out statements on my accts so I could keep track of my finances. Not anymore. What happened CU, you have gone backwards in my opinion.

Peter Bach5This is a people centric bank Although the tellers change frequently the middle management and above is focused on the credit union members. That's what the customers of the bank are called. It seems people matter to this bank. Some things that I need they can't do, like foreign money transfers but they do 90% of what I need.

Johnny LeHane5I am literally a life time member, and even when I lived away from home and used another bank, they kept my accounts open with as little as 52 cents in them, always accruing interest in checking and savings, and I cannot remember the last time I paid a fee.
