  Been working with this bank for 2 years now I see the same people in and out every week . One time I need money taken out it's a problem everything with this bank very disappointed that only Mahopac ny will treat Mr with respect. Carmel very rude never will go back into carmle ever again .

  My car died and no one in the parking lot would help me. Thankfully this gentleman working inside came out to jump it. Thank you again Ray, I truly appreciate your help!

  I absolutely love this location. Everyone I have spoken to and worked with has been very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The tellers here have been able to help where another location, Mahopac, has not. They go the extra mile to provide outstanding customer service and I highly recommend the Carmel location to everyone.

  The people who work here are great and amazing. The corporation and corporate office and policies absolutely are horrendous. I was a member here for almost 7 years and in the last year I have pulled my accounts and moved to union savings bank. Hvfcu now just treats you like a number just another person to make money off of. They don't care about your history with them or how much business you do with them your just another account. Again this rating is about the corporate offices nothing against the people who work there. They are amazing and try to do the best they can for you. I honestly suggest banking anywhere else.

  You guys are very misleading when it comes to helping people get out of debt.......Now I know why people file bankruptcy all the time...Try to help someone else... Very dissatisfied with your out come of my applications....Will not use or recommend your credit union to anybody...Thanks any whey.....km...
