  We have been members of HPC Credit Union for over 50 years. The personnel always provide courteous, and friendly service. The Loan Department is very helpful and efficient in processing loans. I would recommend HPC to anyone.

  I would give ZERO stars if possible! H.P.C. has been my credit Union over 39 years. I always loved them! Wonderful staff, always the same ladies in there... Now, I can never reach anyone by phone. They refuse to cash checks without 5 day holds, regardless of if a government check, employer check etc. They also never want to let me withdraw larger amounts. Whoever took over running my credit Union, sucks! I wish all the old staff still worked there. I guarantee I will be moving to another local credit union with the new year and NEVER do banking here again! I also need to transfer my VERY large retirement into an IRA, it will NOT be with HPC! So, glad I waited instead to doing it this year.

  As a life long HPC Credit Union member I have nothing but praise for the team in the loan department. I have had mortgages, vehicles, boats and personal loans and the rates and service are always top notch.

  The loan transaction I had was way too easy. I had an appointment in the afternoon and the next morning I had to e-sign forms and then the transaction was complete. Really easy.

  We normally always use the hpc on Chisholm and we’ve always been treated respectfully and with happy attitudes. We do all our business from cashing checks to loans and have had great experiences. As our children grew and got jobs they’ve all opens accounts with them as well. Glad to be customers treated fairly with our relations with them.

  Has been my credit union since I was a baby my parents started my account here and it’s my main account!! Always super nice people working always willing to help with no complaints!!!

  I have tried to call them and they don't answer the phone. I even pushed the 0 like 6 times grrr very upsetting
