  Howard’s Jewelry store is a wonderful place to shop. The sales associates are trained and knowledgeable. I was provided with excellent customer service from the time I walked into the store. I feel good about my purchase. It was truly a pleasurable experience!!

  Great experience dealing with Howard’s Jewelers, No pressure to buy and the staff goes above and beyond to find you exactly what you’re looking for. Shennevean was the most helpful, kind and honest person I’ve met in my search for a ring, she helped me every step of the way to find the perfect ring that my fiancée loves! Strongly recommend anyone to go see her.

  Excellent customer service from ALL staff! Very, very, reasonably priced! Lisa and Linda made us feel like part of the family! We will definitely refer to our family and friends! Not at all a snoody stuck up environment!

  We got our wedding bands at Howard's, a pendant with footprints when my son was born and another ring today. We're repeat customers for many reasons: Friendly staff, great selection and unbeatable prices. Highly recommend.

  I have been to Howard's at Great Lakes Mall twice to trade in old gold/jewelry. They treated me with great respect, inquired as to why I was trading in my gold and showed genuine concern for my needs. Both times I received a more than fair amount for my gold and experienced outstanding customer service. I will continue to send my business to Howard's and I am lucky they are near me in Mentor.

  Howard's Jewelry of Mentor is where I go to find the most beautiful diamonds. The estate and bridal sales is where I have found the most unique diamond pieces. Shennevean is awesome and very attentive in helping me find that unique custom design. Howard's Jewelry of Mentor is the best. The entire staff is very friendly and professional. Thank you Howard's Jewelry of Mentor for being the #1 Jewelry Center in my book.

  After going to about 3 Jewelry stores with a sore finger & a ring I wanted cut off, all 3 said they couldn't cut my ring off!! Well, then I walked into Howards Jewelry center to find 3 beautiful & so friendly ladies!! Had the best experience & a great guy was able to cut my ring off!!! Wow I was so happy since my knuckle was sore & swollen!! Plus it was done FREE!!! Will b shopping at Howards & telling all my Mentor friends to shop there too!! Best experience I've had in a long time!!! Such friendly people it made my day!! And my sore finger was feeling a lot better in no time!!!
