  We used another real estate company to purchase our house. While that company did a fine job during the sale, they could not be bothered to answer questions afterwards. I contacted Mike Ahleman at Howard Hanna realty to ask how much return on investment there would be with two major improvements we recently had done at our Tecumseh home. Even though Mike knew from my message that we have no current plans to sell our home; he still returned my call and spent 20 minutes with me on the phone answering my questions with detail and expertise; and encouraged me to call again if I had further questions about my property. If I get this kind of excellent service when I am not yet a customer; you can be sure I will hire Mike as our agent in the future when we do sell our home.

  I had a good experience, and was impressed with the whole transaction and how it was handled from begging to end. If you want a pro David is the way to go. I would definetly recomend him for your real estate needs.

  We worked with Tim Bender. Being new to buying a home he was wonderful to work with and awnserd all of our questions (trust me there were plenty lol). Definaly a great human and a great company to buy from !
