  This branch is bad for small businesses. In my third year of being an account holder in good standing they still hold deposits if your balance will not cover them. Michigan City never holds my deposits. Such a disappointment, Horizon. So inconvenient to get treated like a check bouncing criminal at one branch and a valued customer at another. Not being able to use the branch that is most convenient to get to for reliable transactions is so so frustrating. I strongly urge small business owners who need to access their money in less than 14 days after depositing it (which, New Buffalo Horizon is every single small business in America) to not rely this Bank. Open your accounts elsewhere.

  Horrible customer service and they pay you next to no interest. recommend at least a different branch if not a different bank altogether.

  Nice bank. I only had checking account there. Friendly staff work there.
