  Horizon Bank On North Mitchell St Cadillac Mi for some reason had a problem cashing my check saying that had to contact someone on the account first because of the amount but the funny thing was others Guys from work cashed larger checks with no problems and even after she talked to the owner of the company I work for I sat for another 5min in the drive thru waiting then ignored me when I hit the call button several times doesn't matter what I needed I'm guessing and I'm thinking the Black Guys looks very Suspicious Cashing Big Checks at Horizon Banks all the other guys that had no problems were white the one and only Black Man out of 10 People brought out the Red Flags

  Do NOT use this bank. My husband and I have been hacked 3 times in under three months. They freeze your account, it takes two weeks or more to get your card replaced, and they won't return your stolen money unless you come in during office hours to fill out paperwork. Therefore, if you also work office hours you're going to spend your entire lunch hour waiting in line. Their own bank teller admitted it happened to her and they don't know how it keeps happening. Other banks have better policies and I'm changing banks immediately.

  Liars and never return calls. Avoid opening an account at this bank until you read this review. I had a teller clearly ask the women behind me in the office if they could reverse the fees and the lady replied , yes it’s okay, and she removed the NSF fee (supposedly). A month later I get a collections letter saying Chemical bank had “paid it” and that the fees were not reversed and closed the account. Wow lol. After dealing with them all day today I finally get, well, some tellers that were here have moved to other branches because I said I wanted to walk in to recreate exactly what happened and who said what and where! 86 cent late fee and would not reverse a 35 late fee and a $12 fee for it not being paid on time. What a joke. Not only that, they just returned my phone call for the first time ever in like 4-5 phone calls. They don’t ever remember to call anybody. I know they reversed those fees and the lady behind me okd it. Just becuase they can’t remember they are saying I owe it now. Then another teller earlier said yes it was reversed and paid and closed out. Worse bank I’ve ever dealt with In my life. I love my credit union one and will never use another bank again. We only tried it Becuz CU1 can be tough to get to but we’d rather go through Traverse City traffic than nobody in line at Chemical 😂. Hey, what’s right is right and what’s honest is honest. Do what’s right and honor and respect the truth wether u guys remember or not or others have moved on. I will absolutely delete this review when Chemical bank south side of Cadillac has rectified this situation as a descent business. We bailed your banks out in the billions. Now throw us a bone your rotten greedy suckers!

  Best branch in town! Kind tellers who have always been very helpful, especially in the case of stolen card information. The only Chemical Bank I will go to.

  Staff is wonderful! It was a bit confusing when we first got our loan due to system changeover as we got charged some late fees but they refunded the charges since it was a system glitch. Best RV rates around!

  Always a great experience at this branch. Tellers are always friendly and helpful and always make visiting this branch pleasurable.

  Tellers are nice and, you don't wait long. Been here for years. I recommend it
