Chris Martin3I bought my Grandson a paint ball gun they told me it was a good buy. My Grandson wanted to shoot it and it was broken it had a hairline split and would not work so I paid over 150 for something that doesn't work and they would not exchange or give a refund I will not buy anything from there again buyer beware

Stefan Britt4Sam and Justice were friendly and kept working with what I would call major spring cleaning organizing of their current inventory. It was already looking very different in there (based on my memory from approx. a year ago). When I stopped to browse, I realized that, at least for my, this was different, especially in areas of the store that had significant, popular types of tools, ladders, and other merchandise of a related sort. I could not resist approaching to ask Sam about the work that he was clearly doing in the store. Not only was the conversation relaxed whilst professional, but it was also illuminating about the vision for the store and about implementing changes to improve a shopping experience that is, in significant part, framed with logical placement of merchandise and easily accessing it. Moreoever, I was pleased--and for the shop (including owners and employees). Lastly, the aforementioned merchandise organizing for logical reasons and accessabilty thereof made my walk to the type items easily navigable--and a clear, less obstructed view than perhaps I would have encountered during my preceding stops. Whereas Sam was implementing the plan (and taking a few minutes to chat), the positive experience became (more) enjoyable when I approached Justice to inquire about an item in which I was interested. Justice and I conversed about the particular item's duration in the store, whether the price was firm, or was there room for negotiation. After chatting, we moved into a conversation about the price; Justice effectively--for the store and managent's point of view. Specifically, although the item's price was clearly and neatly written on the bright yellow tag, our conversation led to Justice offering a specfic price, all in and out-the-door. Some customers might find this to be aggressive and off-putting. However, this was something that really struck me and surprised me. I liked it because I knew where the line was for what would be an ineffective offer--or even offensive when compared to the tagged price. Based on the item and its being for sale in a pawn shop, I thought the pricing--after viewing various items and checking prices--to be fair to quite reasonable (espcially when negotiating). Also, when reading some of the other "feedback" and reflecting about what I saw, I humbly contend that they read the feedback and consider it seriously. How one articulates a review/feedback can affect the extent--if any--about enactnig a suggestion or whether pricing practices remain and/or new best practices are both adopted and implemented. Moreover, after having spent double the time that I typically would during a stop, I supportively post herein based on what I noticed, how the interactions were with staff, and to what extent did it appear that the owners and staff considerend and implemented fair, reasonable feedback. Each day is anew, and people hopefully provide their best for that day and for both customers and the business's interests. From my layperson's perspectie, it was worth both the hour during my recent stop last Wednesday and likely during my next stop ;-)
