  Opening an account was fast and easy. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I absolutely love having free checking and not getting monthly fees cause I don't have enough money sitting in my account like some other banks.

  It is reassuring to be treated like a person at Horicon Bank. My banker stepped up during the pandemic/lockdown. I can only imagine what it would have been like with a big bank. "What's your account number again?"

  Wonderful coffee shop with good coffee at reasonable prices. Beautiful teas also. Excellent and friendly customer service from Linda S. Easy parking. Feel good about your coffee when buying Fair Trade coffee from Blue Goose. Attractive sweets as well. Look forward to returning for more great coffee!

  One of the best local banks that have the best interest anywhere. I live in western WI and hope one day they will add a branch here. Excellence customer service and have added a location on west side of Fondy. Don't forget to grab a coffee from Blue Goose as well.

  First time in there and the lady working was very polite! I got the iced raspberry truffle latte. I'm impressed. I'll definitely be going back, especially since she offered me a rewards punch card- easy to join!

  I've been a bank member for years, but never tried the coffee here until last week and I was impressed with the quality and taste of the coffee. The service was excellent and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely back in the future.
