  I want to express my gratitude to this credit union for having such a wonderful caring person on staff. My mother is elderly and got a weird email and was very concerned with her account. She called in and talked to Kari and let me just say she was able to put my mother's mind at ease. She took extra time with her and was very patient with her. She even gave her the direct extension to her line for future concerns if she has any! Honestly can't thank her enough

  Thank you to Kelly Masnica for 1st calming my worries. Kelly was kind,patient and understanding! All too often we get caught up in just getting through the job that needs to be done and not taking into consideration you are speaking to a human with concerns and stresses. While speaking with Kelly today I definitely felt like she understood my situation and I felt heard and understood. Kelly regained my faith and pride in being a Glacier Hills customer. When i need a loan I will call her directly. Kelly thank you so much for your help you are one amazing person!!!

  I just wanted to share my incredible experience of the wonderful people you have working at glacier hills. I called in earlier this week and I was a mess. My account was negative I still had to get gas in my car for the week, groceries for my kids it was just not a good day. I called and talked to Carrie and she was very patient and supportive and took the time to go through my account and see what I could cut out. I am going through a divorce and I have unnecessary subscriptions that I really wasn't aware of, so between those and she was able to look and see that I was paying an ungodly amount for my cable bill and suggested I try to switch companies which I did and ended up saving over a $100 a month just from that. She also suggested to see if I could pay less on my medical bills per month, I called and they lowered my payments in half. All in all I am now ahead in my account, full tank of gas, fridge full of food, and money left. This lady knows her stuff, I now have her direct extension and will be contacting her in the future with any other questions I have. Cant thank her enough, and glacier for employing such a caring, competent individual.

  Getting a loan is easy and the rates are great. Everyday banking is not the same. I had to stop payment on one check for the first time in several years of being a customer and they refused to waive the 30$ fee. Tried to patronize a local business for the hopes of local treatment. Their phone app is useless. Consumers are hurting these days, banks are not.

  Chris, Sorry, we could not connect by phone. I understand your unhappy you had to pay a service fee to stop one of your checks. There is back-office work that has to be done to put stop payments on a check. We are local and try to work with all of our members fairly. We work hard to keep all of our fees for services low and loan rates low to give our members the best overall value we can provide.

  Kora was incredible, professional, respectful and flexible I had a rather large check from a settlement, and first stopped at Landshark thankfully they showed there true colors by being rigid, not catering to my needs at all I consider it a blessing they showed me up front how my experience would be Anyone else looking to get off the Landshark ship, should go to Glacial Hills and see Kora You will be treated the way you deserve to be Thanks again Kora

  I was looking into a newer vehicle and I found one, that same day I notified my bank the next day I picked up my vehicle that's how quickly and efficiently they help. Elizabeth (loan officer), was very enthusiastic about getting the vehicle for me as quickly as possible. If people take the effort and help them to have them help you no matter what the situation is there always there. And I think them for that and appreciate them for that as well.

  I recently applied for another loan from glacier hills and was once again treated like a valued customer. Kelly Masnica is just plain awesome at what she does and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a loan. Will definitely call her again for any future purchases

  Kelly was amazing to work with on our recent boat loan. I applied online over the weekend and Kelly called first thing Monday morning with the acceptance it was that easy. We finalized all the other steps over the next couple days - Kelly was on top of every step making the process so easy. And on top of it her customer service was above and beyond my expectations. Thanks Glacier Hills & Kelly keep up the great work.
