      Horatio State Bank...Never get a loan. They absolutely will not help you in any way with any help or advice except "Pay All Owed" or we sell your car in few days. They as well as the dealer where car bought love to say " You No Pay...We Come Get It".....Same at car dealers. They get that $1000.00 again also when they refuse to give proper documents which prevents you from obtaining a tag, and allows them to repossess...I will never Bank, or refer anyone to borrow money from them.......
