  Waited in line for drive up window teller because it said it was OPEN then they asked what they can do for me and I said all I need to do is deposit a check and do not need any thing else so I endorse my check for a straight deposit only, and put in bottle and hit send. Nothing. I look over at windows the two women look at me, say something to each other with one of them gesturing to me, and then they close the shades. So I retrieve my check and leave. I cannot even comprehend that poor of customer service and just plain rudeness. I will be closing my account as soon as I am able to do so. BROKEN BOW

  I’m so sorry that happened. They normally wait on everyone that comes even if they are not opened. I am the supervisor at the main bank. I will address with my tellers. If you went to another location, let me know which one and I can address it there as well.

  My account has been locked all weekend. They do not have a 1-800#. Really??? Been with this place for over 10+ years and its always something. You'll hear from me at 9am tomorrow.

  Drive thru is slow open the lobby back or keep making customers made...SMH. so slow I had to edit it and add again how slow..again adding you have people working inside the bank today on new year's eve but you can't cash my check all kind of people around you just because...... I'll stop there

  How do you give negative stars? So, let me understand. I want to understand why when I have over $2000 in my account and can't make a $300 purchase.

  Most of the time the ATM does not work for me I hate to really need it & all I get is furstration
