  I've had Horace Mann Insurance for almost 20 years with a multi-car policy. This office has very very poor customer service. Everytime I would call to ask a questions about my policy they would never be able to answer it. I remember asking them about RV insurance which because they were charging me regular vehicle insurance for my motorhome something I don't put 500 miles on a year . They never justified it why it was so expensive. They would give you the holier-than-thou attitude and pretty much pawn me off to the 800 number what's even the point of being there if you're can't answer simple questions ?? I mean I'm sorry isn't that what insurance agents are supposed to do?? Then there was the incidents of them jacking my insurance rates up claiming I had an accident/points off my driving record which was not true and never happened I had to show them records from PennDOT stating that I have a clean driving record and that it was a error on their part. This is not one occasion but twice after that I had enough. I left them in 2013 to GEICO which has much better discounts and coverage which I'm very pleased with. I pretty much left it with them at this office like this if you are able to give me a better deal please do not hesitate to call me. I'm still waiting
