  We work with three different banks. Won't mention there names because I don't want to look like I'm promoting a competitor. But the service and how hoosier hills work with you is at the least minimal. Closing my account and moving my money to one my other banks. They are way more people friendly.

  Hi I am not from out there I just happen to be out there for 3 days I was on a 3 day vacation out there.sorry for not leaving a review.

  If it wasn't for them having so many branch locations and atm machines all over this area, I would have stopped banking with them a long time ago. I have had my account hacked multiple times and I have been waiting for over a month to receive a new debit card only to find out after waiting for over 3 weeks that they "forgot" to submit the order. I hope there are no problems going forward but the history has not been good.

Hoosier Hills Credit Union prioritizes fraud prevention, as do all financial institutions. Not only are incidences of fraud damaging to the members we serve, but they are damaging to the financial institutions that very often cover losses to fraud. HHCU takes several measures in preventing fraud losses to our members and our member-owned organization. These measures include: • Blocking suspicious transactions until we can confirm unusual purchases with the member (Please note the timing a transaction posts does not always correlate with the time of the purchase.); • Rejecting potentially fraudulent deposits so that members do not eventually incur chargebacks and overdraft fees; • Assisting members with replacement cards when their information is compromised through malware, social engineering scams or use on counterfeit websites; • Proactively blocking and reissuing new cards to members whose cards have been compromised through merchant breaches; • Offering the CardValet app free to members so that they may control card security on their own personal device at any time; • Offering transaction dispute from within Online and Mobile Banking so that members can immediately begin the recovery process, even if it is discovered outside of business hours; • Sharing frequent tips on how to keep your card numbers safe from fraud through email, webinars, social media and in our website Fraud Center (hoosierhills.com/fraud-prevention); • Informing members of new and local fraud attempts in our Fraud Center and on social media as we learn of them, and • Protecting our members by reporting incidences of fraud or financial abuse to authorities.
