  Chris and his staff were very communicative through the whole process. My wife and I received weekly updates that left us with very few questions. We have heard a lot of horror stories about lenders, however, our experience was as smooth as one could ask for. We as a family are so grateful to Chris and his office for putting us into our new Katy home.

  Don't even consider another broker or bank. The rates and mortgage programs that Chris shopped for were hands down the most competitive, lowest cost out of anyone. Service and communication outclassed any big bank or firm. Wish I had known about Chris and his team from the start, would have saved hours of BS from other bankers.

  Your Mortgage Experts were lifesavers when I needed them. I almost lost a house due to a “big bank” handling my mortgage and when I made the switch to Your Mortgage Experts they told me they could take over and get me a loan by the deadline I gave them and they managed. They were also able to answer every question I needed answered and they were always available when I needed them.
