  We refinanced with Paula, expected the process to be much more difficult and lengthier than it was. Paula and her team were on top of it! Everything went very smoothly, very fast and everyone was so friendly! Would definitely use them again and recommend to everyone!

  Paula is extremely experienced in her business. Our loan was tricky due to the type of home/property we purchased. Therefore, she was definitely challenged to find the perfect loan that would work for us. We were told by others that there wasn’t a loan out there that would fit our situation. It was very reassuring to have such a professional and detailed person working to achieve our goal. Paula kept us up to date on the process and made sure we were aware of any deadlines. She made sure we sent in all the paperwork the bank was requesting and even contacted our real estate agent to make sure everything went smoothly with all the types of inspections needed. Even with her busy schedule, she always made time for us to answer any questions we had and arranged our appointments in a timely manner suitable to our schedule. She certainly is a miracle worker!
