  Went to Estacada US bank on 3/3/2022 at around 11:30 a.m. Inside there was a lady who was wearing FBI tshirt and hat chatting away with people waiting in line. She began talking about my husband's necklace to another lady about whether it was silver or gold. She then proceeded to follow my husband out the door with her phone pointed right at us. She was either filming us or taking our picture while he made his way into the car. We were parked right at the door so she stood there filming us while her body propped the bank's outter door open. I started the car staring right at her and slowly backed up to leave and she finally stopped filming so snapping those photos. I don't appreciate the bank allowing this kind of behavior. It is harassment and if I want to deal with those kinds of people I'll just drive to Portland. I live in Eagle Creek and from now on, I'll just drive to Sandy to do my banking.

  Wow! They are Open! No appointment needed, unlike sandy wait in line out in rain waiting in drive through. Super Friendly, Excellent customer service! Can’t wait to go back! Estacada

  I love this branch. The customer service is amazing! Being a small town they even know you by name when you come in. Any issues I have had they handle promptly. Happy to be banking with US Bank.

  I stopped by to pick up a Western Union transfer. This is the only Western Union in town. This is only available for US Bank customers, which is the most ridiculous thing I have heard in a while. So I will never be doing business there, or with Western Union again. Forcing people to become customers to use a 3rd party system is not right. So that ruins any interest I would have in doing business with this bank.

  I've banked with this branch of US Bank for many years. The staff has always treated me professionally. They are friendly and helpful. I'd recommend this branch if you are looking to bank locally.
