      I have to say that Mr Tanner made the loan process so easy for me to follow. He told me up front what was needed, what I would need to gather, walked me through anything I happened to be confusing to me, and just pulled everything together seamlessly. I closed on time with no fuss. Mr Tanner is who anyone should work with in Lakeland, Florida.

      It was a very great experience for me to work with Robert Tanner in the process of refinancing my home. He went out of his way to help with all the details that are necessary when you are in this process. I feel like I was treated as he would have treated a family member. He looked out for me and my particular needs during this transition. I would highly recommend using him and his company to all of my friends and family.       Robert Tanner was fantastic. I was an out of state purchaser and he was so familiar with the Florida lending laws and policies. Got me a great rate too! Most important to me was his great people skills. Call backs were always within a short time and he was so personable.       I would recommend Home town lenders to everyone. My experience was awesome. The company made my first home purchase so easy. when we were short a form, Robert Tanner our mortgage lender drove 160 miles round trip to meet with us to get the paperwork that was needed. They go above and beyond what they have to do. Thank You Hometown lenders for everything.

      Hometown home lenders made my first time home buying a nightmare with high mortgage payments and lied to me. I took a class and received a Fanny Mae funding and they (hometown lenders) took it and made it a 30 year loan. Jonathan could NOT be trusted! They made me cry for days and I had to refinance this year (one year later) to receive a GREAT rate with another loan company!!!!! Please don’t deal with them. They truly robbed me..... They will reap what they sow.
