  I have been a customer of Hometown Bank in Pinson Alabama for 28 years. The employees always greet you. They are friendly and service is fast. They are always willing to help if you need assistance. 🙂🏦

  been banking with hometown since the pinson branch was in a trailer. fantastic people. I don't much care for the current in person banking method of having a little desk outside. I wanted to take to someone IN PERSON about starting a mortgage loan through you, but received a "someone will call you" response.

  A good bank. Although I would personally like the thank the banker who I spoke with today, May 19th. You told me your name twice and I can’t remember, I’m sorry. You helped me pay my light bill and they didn’t get turned off. You are a blessing.

  I think Hometown Bank is the best bank we have ever banked with. Everyone in Hometown bank is very professional,kind,goes out of there way to make you feel comfortable and solving your problem or whatever your needs are . Thank you for all your help and keep up the good work!!!😀🇺🇸

  I don’t know what is wrong with the workers in this bank but I am very disappointed, when I opened my account I made sure to tell the women I did not want to be able to overdraft my account, not even a month after I opened it some how I overdrafted my account so I went back up there and got it fixed(I thought). A couple months after that I got a new credit card not knowing it was a fraud and they started taking unapproved amounts of money out of my account and ended up overdrafting it whaaa.. how is that when I have already told that bank not once but TWICE I DID NOT want to be able to overdraft. Well come to find out on top of them messing my stuff up twice they proceeded to charge me three overdraft fees 🤬. Well anyway I went up to the bank showed them proof that I did not approve the money withdrawals from that credit card and they refunded the money I also told the women a THIRD time that my account should not be able to overdraft so those overdraft fees should be non existent she said they would refund me for those too. When it was all said and done I should have had money left in my account BUUUT once again hometown messed up and did not refund me for one of their overdraft fees after THREE times of telling them and then they suspended my account because I refused to pay a fee that shouldn’t have been there from the start. I would recommend hometown but I would NOT use the branch in Pinson!!!

  Absolutely love Hometown Bank! I will always bank here unless I have to move where there isn't one around! Always friendly and courteous!

  Loan officer has promised a loan would be aproved and available the following day for approximately 2 weeks, and keeps saying a charge for something stupid must be paid before it could be filed. Now has stated it will be 44 hrs after saying last night it would be available this morning.
