  I went into the branch and was welcomed at the entrance after I had set up an appointment with the bank. The bank staffs were very professional and polite to me, I was even ordered water to drink. The bank manager, Haley was great and made sure all my questions and concerns were answered in a timely manner. I’m very glad I chose this bank and will be visiting the branch soon again. 👍🏾

  Haley and Brian are the absolute best! We interviewed several banks to move to from our old bank and they came through with our business accounts and personal as well. They always have a personal touch that you just can't get with any of the big banks.

  The new policies they have put in place is causing me to stop buisness with them. Such as you need an appointment they have no appointments after 430pm nothing on Saturdays. And I was informed that they changed how they cash checks not drawn on there bank after nearly 10 years being a customer of there's I will be closing all my accounts.

  If I could rate 0 stars I would. I called this branch to have an insurance check endorsed (FEMA wildfires related) and was told it would be no problem. I scheduled an appointment to go in and do so but when I showed up and they saw I am black I was refused and told I needed more documents then sent away. When I provided the requested documents to the corporate office, they informed me it was not needed and I shouldnever been turned away. Not a company or branch I will ever recommend again after being discriminated against so blatantly.

  Brian and Dillon are awesome! Small town feel with the way the handle their members for sure. I drive over 30 since I live in SE pdx and there are no locations near me just because of the great customer treatment we get. Only wish they supported Apple Pay.

  Not only does HomeStreet Bank in Tigard have terrific banking services they are deeply involved in the community. Right now they have a giving tree in their lobby where you can pick up a card and purchase a special gift for a child in need. There in nothing more satisfying than making a child smile, even if you don't get to see it. Please stop by and make some child's holiday extra special this year. It will warm your heart more than anything else can.

  The worst bank i have ever dealt with ever do not waste your time with this company. It has been over two weeks since i have opened my account and still dont have access to my money without making an appointment and driving in to a branch they have given me endless excuses and have cost me money in gas and time and have lied to me 4 times now and all they can say is im sorry you feel that way i do not deserve this im just trying to cash my paycheck!!!!

  I have been in this branch numerous times and have found the staff very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this bank to anyone looking for a small bank feel with big hearts.

  Love these guys. Personalized service is the best! They call you by name, suggest relevant products and services and make banking easy. They don't ding you with crazy fees. Highly recommend Homestreet Bank Tigard!

  Great bank and great staffs at this location. They are very friendly, helpful and will do what's necessary to help their customers.
