  I just can't say enough good things about choosing Steve at HomeSale to handle my mortgage needs. In February 2017, Steve helped me with my first home purchase. I had a somewhat complicated situation, and he navigated every hurdle and offered solutions and counsel throughout the process. His vast experience and professionalism put me at ease and it was much smoother process than I was anticipating. In November 2020, I completed a cash out refinance with Steve. I thought I would be diligent and reached out to all the major providers of mortgages this time like Quicken Loans, AmeriSave, and others. I was disappointed by their customer service and what they recommended for me. I felt like the options they were presenting were for their best interest and not mine. Most of all, after comparison shopping fees and rates, Steve was better than the rest and saved me several thousand dollars in fees. And once again, the mortgage process was smooth and painless. Thanks for all you do!
