  From the very beginning our home buying experience with Homeric was as if we were family. When making such a large decision, my fiancé and I wanted to work with someone that we could trust. Throughout the past 6 months Tony and Lacey have been there every step of the way. They answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. We never felt that we were just a client but that the Homeric team was a mentor to answer our questions and help us to make the best decision for our family. Tony, Nick, Lacey & Meghan you absolutely knocked it out of the park with your knowledge, patience (with us), your commitment to supersede our expectations, customer service and communication.   Nick, Alex, and the entire team Homeric team were a pleasure to work with. We had an extremely unique situation that the Homeric team was able to navigate through for our first property. Before working with Homeric, we had our first 3 lenders back out of the loan while we were in the closing process. At that point, we reached out to Homeric helped us get a loan at more favorable rates than we originally expected. We will 100% be working with Homeric on our next property and highly recommend others use them as well.

  Homeric was great! Their process was extremely easy and user friendly. As someone who has gone through the mortgage/refinance process a few times, this was by far, the easiest. The team at Homeric is very communicative and their online portal makes things a breeze! They got me the best rate possible and they were very efficient during the process.

  I just refinanced my house with Homeric and it was a seamless process. Very professional and helped make sure I got the best rate. I am a 1099 employee and I have heard horror stories from others about 1099 loans. My experience was great, all parties were very helpful and made the process easy. Nick, Tony and Megan were all great to work with.

  The Homeric Team rocks! I closed my refinance loan in less than a month (during an extremely busy refinance environment) with the best rate out there! The online application was very user-friendly and the team at Homeric immediately began working on my refinance (Tony, Nick, Lacey and Megan).   we worked with Homeric to get a mortgage for our home and couldn’t be happier! As crazy as the market is right now, we were working on a very tight timeline as the seller wanted the closing to be done as soon as possible, and the team at Homeric were incredible in making it happen. They took the time to educate us with every change, and walked us through all line items on every document to ensure we understood and were happy with the results.   HomeRIC worked hard for my family and I also answered any questions we posed. Overall they were very helpful through the process of home buying and very thorough in there duties to purchase and close on a home. Loan Officer Michael Williams constantly went to the plate and batted for my family and I when the closing date was pushed back time and time again. In the end we closed and all within budget. I will be recommending HomeRIC and L.O. Michael Williams to all friends, family and co workers.

  We had a unique situation with our home and land and I knew that finding a lender willing to work with us on a refinance was going to be a struggle. On a whim, I reached out to Michael and I'm so glad I did. The online application process was a breeze and Michael kept me in the loop as to the status of the application and information he was receiving from lenders. When struggles arose, due to the February 2021 storm, the entire Homeric team went to bat for me and we ended up with exactly what we were hoping for and at a great interest rate. I highly recommend Homeric LLC to all of my family and friends. Due to our situation (and the storm!) I could have never navigated this process on my own and I'm so thankful I had a team I could count on.
