  Frank Valentino,Tom Clifford was excellent. As a Second time home buyer, he walked me through the mortgage application process from start to finish. Frank,Tom is extremely responsive and was always available to answer any of our questions. He went out into the marketplace and secured a mortgage for us with an incredible interest rate The process to provide all the necessary documents for the loan process was made extremely easy, which helps keep the application moving along. After we closed, Frank, Tom called to check-in. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Love u guys thank u so much

  I dont have words to express how i feel about this people especially My guy Frank, he helped me in everything, answered all my question and always keep it 100 with me. Im a first time buyer and they make all this process so easy and kept me update in every part of the application. If you see these I recommend them to you, they will do their part as they help you with yours if you dont know anything like me.

  We recently refinanced with Home Reliance to take advantage of the all time low interest rates. Any questions we had were answered immediately. I have dealt with other Mortgage companies that would allow days to go by without answering emails or calls. There was no waiting with Home Reliance at all!! They were a step ahead by personalizing the loan experience to make sure our loan was perfect for our needs. Recommended them to others already!

  Home Reliance was a pleasure to work with. They talked me through every step of the mortgage application process and pulled together a strategy that was ideal for my situation. They got me a crazy low fixed rate and handled all the frustrating paperwork that goes along with purchasing property. John and Ariana were always available when questions or problems came up. COVID has made the home buying process a lot more stressful than it used to be, but Home Reliance made sure all the paperwork was taken care of and everything was squared away. I was in and out of closing in under an hour thanks in large part to their attention to detail and experience.

  If you wish to own a home or multiple properties, you should contact home reliance right away. Not only they have helped me , they have also helped a lot of my dear friends and we have all been very happy and satisfied with their professionalism and the way they care about us reaching our goals. Base on my experience and those of others , buying a property can be very stressful. The seller real estate agent and the seller attorney can be a pain. The doubts you have in yourself, the doubts about the investment itself and the amount of money you are about to spend can be very overwhelming. However, With home reliance, I was at ease, my stress level was a very minimum. I would recommend home reliance to anyone at anytime. John , Ariana, Brian and their teams are that good.

  Thomas Clifford at Home Reliance Capital worked with my family to get into our home when no one else could get it done. We started the loan in the middle of COVID, which made the process even more complex. Thomas was still able to complete the loan, never giving up in the process, and always knowing what direction to go in. He was always available to answer questions and/or concerns that my family had. He always went into great detail in making sure that we understood every aspect of the process. Thomas is extremely dedicated, a great listener, diligent, motivated, and a true professional in his field. I would highly recommend him and the company, and would use him again in the future!

  I was having a hard time obtaining a mortgage at a traditional bank. My real estate agent recommended Home Reliance. I spoke with a loan officer at HomeReliance and was very happy with the kind service I received. They worked with me to become eligible for a home and helped me with the entire process. I was so pleased with their efforts that I would and do recommend them to anyone that ask how I got my home.
