  We worked with Homebridge Financial Services, an just recently closed on our dream home. Kyle Cutchen, and Lauren Pryda worked diligently on getting me through the process. They were very professional, and knowledgeable. This was an experience!!! Stressful at times, and very exciting! I appreciated the fact that all my questions and concerns were answered fully. I was able to reach both Kyle, and Lauren via phone or email with great response time. They both made home ownership well worth the ride!!! Josh Dougherty/Raegan Pierce/James Griffin, From the bottom of our hearts, Thank you ALL so much for all you’ve done in helping my family get into our new home! The market and ‘bidding wars’ have been brutal but you all stuck it out with us throughout the entire process and we are so appreciative.   Homebridge Financial Services & especially Josh Dougherty & his team are absolutely the best in Florida. They made our VA Refinance a wonderful experience and we sought out Josh & his team for this refinance because of the amazing job they had done for us when we originally bought our home 6 years ago. Highly recommend you seek out Josh & Homebridge for any mortgage needs you may have.

  We haven't even made one payment to HomeBridge and our mortgage was resold, the first week into our new home. With every transfer of a loan comes the refiling of thousands of loan documents into new hands that you have never met. Please consider how often you'd like to have all of your loan details 'handed over' to new parties, before you sign with HomeBridge. I had my previous mortgage for 15 years and it was never resold. We should have looked for a mortgage broker, but we can't go back in time.
