  We have used for Home Bank for years now. We have had 2 sleep rate business banking accounts through them and have never had any issues. The customer service is always great when we go in the bank and we really enjoy the online banking features. If you’re looking for a bank in Quincy I’d definitely check out Home Bank.

  Solved a large customer problem in within matter of minutes. Was able to provide the signed paperwork that was missing for titling a trailer, I had waited in line at the DMV for a third time (3+ hour waits, no appt scheduling) this time they noticed a required signature from Homebank was missing. The lady was very helpful, can’t ask for better customer service. It was after hours too so the situation was above and beyond!

  Homebank has been nothing but fantastic and professional I have used them both personally and for business accounts.   We have been with Homebank since before it was Homebank! I don't know how they keep finding these amazing people they have on their team. One is nicer and more helpful than the next. Their app. and online banking are products that we fluently use daily. Thanks to Homebank, managing our personal and business accounts is a snap!

  Stay away from this bank. You will get signed up and it will seem pretty typical. But they have all of these rules on the checking accounts. It is there way to get fees after fees. The amount of money they took out of my account was unethical. I switched to Bank of Springfield and I could not be happier. No fees besides overdraft ever. It would be wise to just take business elsewhere.

  We just switched over our accounts and got a sweet handwritten 'thank you' card a few days later! The kids media center is ADORABLE! Those tiny chairs made me smile, so cute!
