Dan Wilson3I ordered a new card after completing an address change twice. They ended up mailing my card to my family's address that wasn't even my previous address... (Living out of state) When I called to ask about it, the woman put me at fault and had no resolution. My family mailed the card to me and got lost in transit. Terrible customer service. Definitely changing banks after this. I never write reviews but it's crazy that they didn't offer to send another card, rather than have an awkward conversation with me. Also, my card currently does not work Edit (they called and fixed the issue and still waiting on a card. ) 3 stars

When you head inside it does become a different story. It acts like a whole new business. They are rude and unprofessional. Since this is not my main bank account it is just for cash purposes they treat me like I am poor and not worth their time.

Dave Bills1It just took way too long to cash a check written to me from an account at that bank. I have a busy day usually and seems like I can't get it to the some of the women quick as they would like.

Jamie Changtum2The bank I opened a checking account with upon relocating to Quincy. I will be switching banks soon. My first issue: 2 different times I deposited a check that was written to the order of my mother but she signed it over to me, the first time was before she moved to Quincy so she was out of state, they deposited it no problem at all. The second time not even a month later when she moved here and was waiting out in my car I was told they cant deposit it without her physically being there even though I got one deposited previously the same month, so I went and got her and got it deposited. It's annoying when businesses have policies that not all employees follow, it's frustrating for the customer and unprofessional for the business and employee. My second issue: I recently applied for a mortgage loan online and got into contact with the "Vice President/Mortgage Lender" Tony Gross. He needed some documents so I emailed them to him as instructed, and after almost a week with no response I called him and left numerous messages over the course of a week asking for him to get back to me and it's been over a month and I haven't heard back from him since. Very unprofessional. So I took my business to State Street Bank, have had great communication with a mortgage lender there(they too needed some documents and upon receiving them got back to me the next business day) and my closing date on my house is this month.

Meagan Tipton1Terrible!! My account was hacked and my entire account cleared out! They made me feel like I was the criminal. This after filing police report, filling out dispute, etc. Lady I talked to said that they had 10 days by law. As if it was a punishment especially reserved for me....then proceeded to bring up my spending habits as if there was a correlation between where I spent money as justification of a criminal stealing from me. Just absolutely horrible! Switching to mercantile or credit union ASAP!!!!
