  I had my debit card number stolen and used in a different state. My husband noticed it and notified the bank. They shut off our cards and stated they would handle it. Few hours later get a call from Zada stating that they want me to call the place that used my card and did over $1000 in multiple transactions as they didn’t want to do the paper work. I tried calling no answer and voicemail full called bank told me to wait till morning and try again as different time zone. Called 6x in morning same thing as it a face company. Called talked to office manager and she took care of it. Left work early to come to bank to sign all the papers when got here couldn’t find and was told they too busy to help me and then ignored me. We came to this bank for their customer service but I am thinking I will be finding new bank as they do not have it anymore.
