      Worst bank ever, I had two payments taken out in one month and I've reached out a total of 4 times within 30 days. Was told the first day it'd be 7-10 days. 12 days later I'm told they basically forgot and it'll be another 7-10 days. 10+ days later I email and no response. Just sent another one now, and it's been a total of 30+ days and still no refund and it won't even count towards my next months bill. During COVID-19, it's not cool to take an additional 150$ out of someone's account and not prioritize returning that person's money upon not 1 but 4 requests.

      - 5 Stars Pulling my accounts out. They took money out of my checking to pay a ccard payment that I already paid. It took over 3 days to get my money back. If there is a mistake it takes over 10 business days for them to get your money back! You are just a number to them.

      Litchfield, MN branch has some issues. Not open on weekends anymore, deposit wasn't working on ATM so never could deposit check! Do I need a appointment to close all my account or can I just call??
