  I have been waiting on updates about our BRAND new construction. I keep getting told "We're waiting on title work" "We don't know how long it's going to take" You deal with this type of stuff daily and you can't give me updates? Brand new construction title work should not take over a month for paperwork. Do not recommend this lender.

  I'm sorry for your frustration in this matter. Unfortunately, we have no control over delays with title work since that is not our company, nor can we update on their work since it is not something we are working on. Due to higher volumes, we have noticed that title work has been taking longer. You are welcome to contact the title company to receive a more detailed update, if you would prefer. Hopefully we will be receiving this soon, so we can get this closed for you!

  I am in the process of looking to buy a house, and HSL was recommended to me. I got in contact with a miss Emilie Oakes to start the process. She explained to me the different mortgage and financial options I had for my situation. She was extremely informative and helpful in the process. Made it very easy for me to understand. I would recommend HSL to anyone especially Miss Oakes.

  I purchased my first home from Highland Homes and I used HSL as my lender. I worked with Betsy H and she was fantastic!!! I would definitely recommend the HSL team and be using them in the future!!!

  Worst customer service experience. Never responded to phone calls. Was directed to this lender through an agent. This lender was not able to communicate simple processes and procedures with potential clients. Was short sighted in understanding hypotheticals. Needed to constantly research things on my own that were supposed to be relayed by this lender. Will not make you feel confident, secure or assured at any time during the process. Person in touch was named Brian Zimmerman. Good luck! Plenty of other lenders who can help you secure a loan.

  I had the best experience with Home Solutions Lenders! This is my 5th closing and Ricky and his team made the process incredibly easy every step of the way. They were always quick to respond and kept things on track . They have superior industry knowledge. I would recommend them to everyone and would definitely call them first for any future needs.

  Home Solution Lenders has customer service that compares to none! 💯 Their staff will take you from applying to closing assisting you every step of the way! It’s one thing to do your job and another to go above and beyond to work for their client to ensure all the needs are met! I’ve used them to purchase and to refinance homes and couldn’t ask for a better team of professionals! There’s a reason they are where they are!! Great job as usual Home Solution Lenders Team!!   Over all I was very pleased with the way HSL handled my loan from pre approval to closing. I was difficult and had many questions calling my loan officer Mrs. Dewitt even on her days off which I'm sure was irritating due to the influx of the applicants with the market on the rise; but she always got back to me to address my questions and concerns. The whole team did a great job getting everything approved and wrapped up tight for closing day which came a day early. It's a two way street you have to work as hard as you can getting them the documentation necessary promptly, and they'll work hard for you. Lori and Jasmine were both polite and provide fast efficient and friendly customer service great for first time buyers.

With so many loan programs offered, they make it a smooth transaction for my clients and myself.   We had the best experience EVER using Homes Solution Lenders! No gimmicks No Hassles No Back and Forth we need this and that. They were very on top of their game when it came to the entire process of our home buying experience. If or when we buy a home it will not be with anyone other than Home Solution Lenders. No Bank nor any other lender can compare to the service nor the rates that we were given let alone the individualized customer experience and the fact we closed 20 DAYS EARLY!!!!!!!They really stick to their motto, Your Loan is our only loan. We are truly grateful for everyone at Home Solution Lenders for helping making our crazy thought of owning a home a reality and extremely feasible with the amazing rates and excellent customer service.
