  This bank is a joke & most of its existence is a one man operation. James Bradley inherited this bank from his daddy. My experience with bank is a disaster, if not criminal. Bradley sold of my properties after filing needless foreclosures for 10 cents on the dollars to non-profit entities with close ties to him personally. This bank profusely violated banking privacy laws with impunity. Bradley has relationship with pretty much every law firm in town. I came to this country with $400 in my pocket. This conman has Sold $3 million properties for few hundred thousands of dollars. He constantly virtue signals about his community partnership & community investment etc. He even has awards to show for it. Behind the scenes this bank lacks clean hands or fair dealings & extremely unethical. Be forewarned.

  The absolute worst bank I have ever seen in the state of Wisconsin. This bank is full of greedy employees that do not care about your well-being let alone you as a human being all they want is the money in your pocket my mother has been banking with this bank for over 25 years and she has not received a debit card she is a disabled 65-year-old woman in the only way she can get her money from the bank is if she physically comes there in person to with drawl the money through from the bank with a check they would not allow her a debit card they do not have any online banking app they have my mother still on the ChexSystems like it’s 2019 who takes checks anymore and don’t get me started on the cashier Sonia she is absolutely rude horrible people mad skills and just all-around just a bad person and Robert is closet racist I advise anyone and everyone to steer clear from home savings bank please save yourself the trouble

  My family has been banking with the Home Savings for over 20 years. I've lived out of Wisconsin for 7 years & still continue to use them as my primary bank. Love the Madison East location & all of their hard working staff.

  Not only did the heavyset Hispanic female teller who was working on 2/16/18 @ 4pm make me wait 5 min while she was on a personal phone call, but then proceeded to charge me $5 to cash a check that was drawn from the bank. And they wonder why I don’t bank at corporate banks. Why donhwy need to charge he $5? What does that money go towards?

  Staff at this East side location goes out of their way to help! It would still be welcome if the bank would return to its old policy of offering free monthly account print-outs at the bank and free searches for information. Coffee always welcome - bring back popcorn!
