  We initially worked with Home Loan Title / Champagne & Marchand PC as part of buying out house. They were our bank's attorneys, but were able to work with us as well. They were fantastic at dealing with some complications with our sellers (selling through a relocation company as part of a work move). Very responsive over e-mail, and good turn around times. The price was also very good. We liked them so much we used them to sell our condo two months later as well. Same great level of service, same great price. They made the closing very easy as we did everything via power of attorney, so we didn't have to be present. Would 100% use again. Thanks Alicia & Kimberly!

  If you work with this firm be prepared to chase them to get any answers and updates on the work being done. Be prepared to also review every single document for errors.

  Melanie, I am sorry you had or felt this experience with your estate plan drafting. We had to postpone or push back many of our estate planning clients due to the in person requirement due to Covid. Additionally with estate planning, there tends to be many draft sets. At the in person meeting with the attorneys you are asked to reverify the finals before signing. This is the standard of care required. I am sorry you were disappointed with the process.
