  Great company. They helped me qualify for an FHA loan. Saved me money on the DOWN PAYMENT AND GOT ME THE BEST RATE for my 30 year mortgage. The rate is so low I will never need to refinance. ON TOP OF THAT they gave me money toward my Closing COSTS.

  Paul was awesome. I have never had such a wonderful experience with purchasing a home. Paul worked with me and my husband until we closed. We closed in less than 60 days with a low interest rate. Paul made it possible for us to be owners of a beach house. I would recommend him if you want someone on your side and knows the lending business better than most.

  Paul and his team made my move across the country easy. I was able to acquire my financing and referral to a great real estate agent before my actual move to South Carolina. I did everything while I was still residing in California. A got a good rate, and a good attorney referral from Paul and the home inspection guy too. I highly recommend!!
