  I never give reviews on the internet or online, but since I recently had a great experience refinancing my mortgage with Home Loan Enterprise, it is worth doing. I never imagined that refinancing my home would be so painless. Their rates and fees were competitive. I worked with Roy Eun when I first talk to him; I can't say enough about their attention to detail, efficiency, and ability to listen and communicate and explain what I stand for my loan. The only thing is, I should listen to his advice. I could have saved the appraisal payment instead of spending another extra on another lender. I had a terrible experience with the previous lender company. I call Roy Eun back, asked if he can still give me the best rates for refinancing. Roy took the time to understand my borrowing needs and explained them thoroughly to me for my upcoming home construction projects. He shows me the combination of rate and closing costs that worked for me. He knows what he's doing, and it was easy to put my trust in him. I never felt pressured or talked down to him. He made the process clear, outlined my options, and let me make the decisions for myself. All my questions and unclear to me, he professional, answered all of them promptly, and made the process go very smoothly. After signing up my application to him. I worked with Roy and Nichole; they both were professional, The entire process is transparent, and they will always text me or call me for updates, no miss communication. When I had questions, they responded in my text or phone call in matters of minutes with a patient and friendly attitude. I never imagined that refinancing my home would be so easy, with low closing costs, and the loan closed in less than six weeks. Roy and Nichole are evidence that good service, competent, professional, and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Home Loan Enterprise to any of my families, friends looking for a mortgage refinance, and the first-time homebuyer. I will not hesitate to call them the next time I need to buy or refinance a property. Best rates combined with outstanding customer service.   Did a Refinance with Roy and had a great experience. Overall they were quick to answer my concerns, and I felt very updated throughout the process. Nichole was my processor and did an amazing job making sure everything proceeded smoothly. 5 stars, would recommend!

  Wow, what a wonderfully stress-free and smooth experience! And I got a great rate! Roy Eun and Fiona Wynder of Home Loan Enterprise were fantastic to work with when I refinanced my mortgage. They took the time to explain and answer questions, they were very kind and professional. Emails and phone calls were answered promptly.   I would like to take the time to express my family's gratitude to the team at HLE. Thysys and Nichole are both incredibly knowledgeable, demonstrated a high degree of professionalism while communicating clearly and in timely manner. Their combined efforts facilitated what turned out to be a relatively complicated loan due legal issues from my father-in-laws past. Additionally, there was the added complication of a split signing while we out of town on a long overdue vacation. We have been repeat clients of HLE and with the latest experience, I can't see us looking to anyone else for a home related loan.

  Best rates combined with terrific customer service! I recently refinanced my home loan. When shopping for rates, Home Loan Enterprises stood out from among the hundreds of choices. Their rates were simply the best. However, it wasn't only about getting the best rate. I was very impressed with the service levels. I worked with Kyle and Jimmy and they were always quick to reply when I had questions throughout the process. I would highly recommend HLE and be sure to ask for Kyle and Jimmy!

  We worked with Jimmy and Kyle. The best rates available, low expenses, and a hassle-free refinance experience closing within 30 days from locking our rate, even including the Thanksgiving holiday. Not the relentless requests for more information dragging the process out that we have experienced during previous mortgage applications with other lenders. There was a specific item for us that Jimmy clearly explained up front would need to be done on our part in order to enable the loan to close, resulting in a very smooth stress-free closing. Following Jimmy's advice, we chose not to lock our rate until this was taken care of so that we didn't risk the lock expiring. This contrasts with our highly stressful prior experience with a different lender where we suddenly had to take care of items days prior to scheduled closing that almost resulted in us failing to close escrow on a purchase (trustee sale was scheduled for 4 h after we finally closed on a short sale). The mortgage was transferred to Provident Funding for servicing immediately after the loan closed - so far, have been impressed with them (great website for managing the mortgage, setting up automated payment, uploading documents, etc.).
