  Miguel and his team are awesome. We were 1st time home buyers and he was so patient and explained every detail. More than once if needed. He always made himself available to give us home tours and answer questions/concerns. Always worked with our busy schedules. He was able to find us the best APR and never rushed us into making any decisions. Buying a home can be very stressful and overwhelming, but he always helped put us at ease. If we are ever blessed with being able to buy a 2nd home Miguel will definitely be our go to.

  Miguel helped me buy my first house at just under market value. His knowledge of the neighborhood, market trends, and construction quality is his superpower. This has been a positive experience from day one. Miguel walked us through the process and was extremely communicative! If we had any questions, he was right there with the answer!   I got the HCF offices because a friend recommended to go them. I had many questions to find a home and they had the answers I needed to hear. They gave me the confidence to start the process of my first house. The office looks small, but the responsibility and service were sufficient for me and my wife. The agent who helped me was very kind and respectful. I liked my agent's motorcycle that even I wanted to buy him it. Miguel helped us get the best rate and the best deal.

  One word to describe Miguel is TRUSTWORTHY...I can't stress enough how helpful he was ( I just moved into my new home ) I love that he continues to help us .. Miguel made the entire home buying experience a really good one , he explained everything and when I say everything that's exactly what I mean he never kept stuff from us or lied to us just to make a sale ....   Miguel V. is one of the best in his industry! He was able to guide me through the mortgage world. I had tons of questions about what type of loan will benefit me and what type of costs (if any) I would have and he was able to provide all the answers to my questions. He always picks up his phone which is a plus AND he makes himself available in person 7 days of the week.
