Worst bank I've ever been to. They ask unecassary steps just to withdraw money out of your account, when you go to the one in Walmart, they do it just like any other bank. Horrible customer service. Overall dumb employees and if I didn't live in Hannibal and have to go through this bank, I wouldn't. For now on, only going to the one in Walmart. I can not stand being treated like I'm an idiot. They mess up all the time. They let someone withdraw over $1,000 from my fathers account because his last name was the same as the person who withdrew it. They need new, younger employees with better eyesight and hospitality.
