  I bank locally at Moberly, MO but was in Hannibal buying a car. I felt very welcomed at the Hannibal location even though I wasn't a regular. They handled the cash transaction I needed and let me park the car on their lot for safe keeping until I could come back to get it. They also let me borrow a screwdriver to remove plates. Thank you again for taking excellent care of me!

  The ladies at the Commerce bank in Hannibal Mo. are a great bunch. They know who you are even if you only go once a week. Great customer service.

  Inconsiderate of persons with disabilities. A person with a disability should be able to use the drive thru even if not an account holder. I suggested they change that rule and was met with nothing but pure evil. So I filed a complaint with the Dept of Justice for denying my civil rights. You are just plain wrong.

  If I could I would leave 0 stars. This bank Is horrible the service is awful!!!! Its holidays etc and I have left messages with no call back. They have all been rude when speaking to them unhelpful. I am laterally going today to close my account today!!!!!!

  Employees are friendly and helpful. Only 1 problem in 4 1/2 years and it was handled promptly. Good customer service
