  Their Zelle STINKS, and this is how I like to do a lot of my banking. Always declining transactions, have to call their hotline often to get things cleared up, DEFINITELY not a smooth process. The people are nice they get two stars. Thinking of going to Chase.

  Absolutely one of the worst banks to work with. You will never get a hold of anyone over the phone or online. They will keep transfering you to multiple different departments in a circle. Their online community banking and i-business banking are the most confusing and least user friendly websites you will ever see for a bank. Please bank with someone else if you want to be stress free.

  Outstanding personalized service. That go above and beyond, every time. That were amazingly helpful with the PPP loan. Great to have a local bank, with a family like atmosphere, in an era where it is common to see the opposite. Highly recommended.

  Great place to bank.. this is just what you want. Small town bank with large bank acces. They know you when you walk in the door and are always very helpful.

  Unbelievably difficult bank to deal with - the online tools are garbage and customer service is not helpful / they cannot get you to who you need. They just provide other numbers to call who also can't help you so you spin in a customer service loop. Closing all of my accounts with this bank. Get with the times Hinsdale Bank.

  I was sent a scam check for $2,650. I did not know it was a scam, nonetheless, this bank cleared check and told me check was good. The next day I saw that the check cleared so I withdrew the money and spent it on the survey since check cleared and showed up in my account as cleared. Then they said the check was a scam but they still charged me. Terrible people to do business with!

  I was sent a scam check. This bank was listed on the check. I tried calling the bank to advise them of the situation, and I was transferred several times with no answers, and ultimately left on hold with the lady never returning to the line. I am glad I read the other reviews stating fraudulent activity. BEWARE SCAMMERS USING THIS BANK!

  They are not handling the Paycheck Protection Program "Our PPP processing platform is now temporarily closed. We are working hard to process loan inquiries for the thousands of customers that we have received so far in a timely fashion. We are reopening the platform periodically.   They should be open a little later, it's very frustrating that they're only open the hours I work. It would be nice to be able to actually do banking on a weekday, not sure these hours make sense in this day and age.

  I love the Hinsdale Bank! Easy online access as well as plenty of ATM's. If I have any problems or questions, they are very friendly and helpful.
