  I had a great experience with Alene and Tracy at Hilton Head mortgage. The entire process was smooth, efficient and seamless. They are truly professionals that know their business extremely well. From choosing a house to the closing - it was only 6 weeks total. I kept thinking that it was simply too easy. What a nice problem. It was truly that simple.   I had the best experience with Alene and Tracy during my recent home purchase. I was expecting bumps along the way... if there were any I didn't know about them. These two women had made this process so smooth. Alene told me not to worry... she meant it... Tracy I imagine is never more than 3 inches from her 'inbox'... her replies to my emails were almost instant. I will recommend them to anyone who wants a wrinkle-free mortgage experience! Professional ... thorough... and that is just the begining!

  Hilton Head Mortgage is amazing! They worked extremely diligently not once, but twice on getting us approval for purchasing our first home. Despite bringing over stacks of unorganzied papers and never having on hand what they needed or asked for - Alene and Tracy were always able to make it work. I can not thank them enough for the amazing work they did to get us into our new home so quickly!

  I had given up since I was turned down by other lenders... they wanted an easy job I guess. There were a couple of things on my credit report that to them seemed impossible to work with. Alene and Tracy saw a challenge and took it. They were able to get me approved and guided me through the whole process. They answered all my questions and were always patient and understanding. They are so knowledgeable it's impressive. I was blessed to have met them and wouldn’t have preferred anyone else. I will certainly rave for a long time about the great job they did and will definitely recommend them my friends and family. Excellent job ladies!!!

  My wife and I dealt with a Georgia bank to finance a home in Hilton Head for three months. Two days prior to closing the bank informed us that the property didn't qualify for VA approval. Thinking my $10,000.00 earnest money was down the drain I was crushed. Our realator (Becky Herman) turned us on to Alene DeLoach at Hilton Head Mortgage. What a Godsend.She got us our financing in three weeks,,, WEEKS! I can't say enough about Alene and her wonderful staff. Anyone can contact me and I will vouch for Alene, anytime.

  Was not as much concerned with what my needs were. Was more concerned about what money they would make from the transaction. Purchasing a home for 70k(foreclosure). Alena stated that she would not make enough money off of the transaction therefore referred me to other banks. I understand that we are all in the business of making money. But I am quite confident that she wouldn't " have to complete the transaction for free" as she stated she would have to do. Banks have a minimum that they will be willing to lend. If that were the problem that we were faced with she could have easily said so. Instead she made the process about her which I saw as poor customer service.

  Alene is with out a doubt the most efficient well organized and most informative Mortgage broker I have ever worked with. Her knowledge and quick answers to any question I had was amazing. Never for a moment was I in doubt from her answers Thanks you Alene~~~.
