  i recently used David Crowell and his team for my new home mortgage. He did an excellent job of explaining the various alternatives available to satisfy my mortgage needs. And his staff was outstanding in keeping in contact as I filled out the seemingly endless paperwork required in processing a mortgage these days. I would highly recommend Mortgage Network if you are in the market for a mortgage.

  We are happy that we chose David Crowell and his team of courteous, knowledgeable, prompt professional staff at The Mortgage Network for our purchase of a new home in Bluffton, SC. David's team made the process seem simple and explained all that was needed from us along the way to closing. Many of the documents could be scanned and submitted by email or fax. So, get this; we never had to visit the office and closed on the purchase timely and feeling very comfortable because David's team made all the pieces come together.

  Susan and I were introduced to David and Mortgage Network as part of the process to purchase our home. This process started prior to the arrival of COVID-19 but, even with all of the 'social distancing' implemented to fight against the virus we never had to fight for information in completing our mortgage. David and his extremely competent team made the process simple and easy to follow. The team walked us through all the necessary steps and were with us till the very end and a successful closing.   The company was very responsive at the beginning when they were trying to secure our business and when they needed information from me to support the loan process. When it came time to secure the definite closing date, the communications became slow and difficult. Additionally, I was given incorrect information which would delay my closing. I had to research the correct info, and then convince Mortgage Network that it was correct. This occurred with only a few weeks left before my scheduled closing date. This added a great deal of stress to the process. If I had not corrected their mistake, my closing would have been delayed, costing me thousands of $$$ and numerous headaches.
