  Jennifer, Geneva and their team did an OUTSTANDING job of keeping us in the loop as the mortgage process moved along. They were VERY RESPONSIVE and were clear in their communications. I don't know how they managed to make everything happen so fast, but they did and it's MUCH APPRECIATED!   Jennifer and team are the epitome of professionalism, and they still provide a local solution to mortgage products. She has worked with my family and friends in the past, so we were well aware of her business acumen. Highlands has pulled together a really effective, fast and hometown-feel company in spite of the plethora of online options. They have a very specialized system of communication that connects all the pertinent parties throughout the home-buying process. Through calls, emails and in-person contact, we were able to navigate swiftly without missing a beat. I really appreciated the quick responses and availability of digital signatures that helped to speed the process along. Jennifer was quick to provide changes to the loan amounts and associated feedback that we could use to make informed decisions on the spot.   High level of communication throughout the process. Not only did Erica keep us updated on the progress of the loan, but also, she answered all of our questions outside of her standard loan progress updates.
