  Ryan and his team at Highlands Mortgage did an incredible job helping us get our home refinanced. It became complicated and without Ryan’s help I don’t believe we would have gotten the final approval. I’ve continued to recommend Ryan and Highlands Mortgage to all of my friends and family.   I don't typically write reviews, but when I do, it's always because I either had a very bad or very GOOD experience. My experience working with Ryan definitely falls in the VERY GOOD category. I initiated a refinance with Ryan & Highlands Mortgage several months ago. He made what can feel like a daunting process simple, manageable, and straight-forward. What I appreciated most about working with Ryan was that he was politely persistent throughout the process. He understood my busy work schedule and was always respectful of time limitations whenever we spoke. Moreover, he routinely ended our calls with a clear and succinct outline of any next steps. He followed up immediately after every call with an email to address any unanswered questions, to highlight the next steps, and to let me know he could be reached day or night. This consistent follow up made my life so much easier and I NEVER even had to ask...it's just how Ryan works and I suppose the same goes for Highlands Mortgage. I would obviously recommend this company because they got me a great rate, but I would highly recommend you ask to speak to Ryan for any of your home financing needs.

  I recently refinance a property with Highlands Mortgage with the assistance of Jordan Epstein who was awesome. He was very helpful and followed through to the closing of the loan. Jordan called and followed up with obtaining documentation even after his working hours. Sometimes we were unable to communicate during the daytime because of my work schedule but he was always available to answer any questions or concerns after hours.. Thanks Jordan. It’s great to do business with people who sees you as a person. I’ll certainly continue to do business with Highlands Mortgage..

  Buying a house is stressful. The team at Highland Mortgage made it easier. The team I worked with was knowledgeable, efficient and responsive. As an anxious person, I needed more communication than the average client. The Highland team was patient, empathetic and kept my full confidence that my loan would be ready for settlement. I would highly recommend this team.

  TERRIBLE mortgage company. They caused us to lose a property we put an offer on and we also lost our deposit. Had to call them multiple times to remind them to get tasks down and tell them how to do their job. Worst experience ever. Find a better mortgage lender, do not go with these people!!!!!!

  Very unprofessional especially Mr. John! Very bad experience with them, I definitely would not recommend them to anyone, luckily I found another company that helped me better with my process and in a PROFESSIONAL way !! I do not recommend them!
