  High Plains Bank has been incredible since I joined for personal and business banking. They have worked with my business closely and my company would not be in the position it's in today without the wonderful staff and support we have gotten at High Plains.   High Plains Bank is a true community bank! Dealing with them has been a true pleasure, they have gone beyond what had been expected and got our business taken care of during these unexpected times dealing with a pandemic. Thank you Brian, Leigh Anna and Krystal, you were all great to deal with remotely. I highly recommend High Plains Bank if you need a true local community bank who makes decisions locally without a big corporate bank feeling go to High Plains Bank! I’m recommending everyone to HPB.

  High Plains Bank has provided me the best business banking experience I've ever had. Because High Plains is local, they are truly invested in the success of the community that banks with them. They have experts in many financial products and know how to resolve complicated business transactions. I appreciate how I can call or email an actual person who is familiar with my business and get a response from them usually the same-day. Their pricing is fair and well worth the quality I receive. As a bonus, the online platform and phone app are hands-down the most user friendly I've experienced. I do hope that HPB continues its local, hands-on approach as they grow--which they inevitably WILL grow because of the very positive impact they've made in the community.

  I can't sufficiently express how incredible High Plains Bank is! We recently moved our personal and business accounts over from Wells Fargo and High Plains made the process incredibly simple and fast! In addition, they were able to get us quickly and painlessly approved for PPP loans! I haven't experienced customer service of this caliber in a very long time! Grateful to have found High Plains!

  I don’t think that most people like banks but I absolutely love this bank. I grew up in a small town with a local, 1 branch bank and we knew everyone at that bank on a first-name basis. I didn’t know that that kind of thing still existed until I switched to HPB. I am a small business owner and my bank would not help me when I applied for PPP. Not only that but my bank created a huge debacle with my PPP application that prevented me from applying with other banks; it was a nightmare. When I applied with HPB, the President, John Creighton and Vice President, Larry Strauss personally assisted me with my application. They were up until all hours of the night working on my loan trying to see how they could help. I was absolutely blown away, I could not believe that they showed me that level or care and concern; I banked with my prior bank for 15 years and they were completely indifferent to my cause. Not only did John and Larry help me but they helped 3 of my friends, all small business owners whose banks would not help with their PPP loans. Needless to say, I moved all of my personal and business accounts to HPB and they made the entire process seamless. HPB has a great app that is easy to use and I absolutely love that they message me if I electronically deposit a check and forget to endorse it because I’m in a hurry, or the time (or two) that I have also been in a hurry and accidentally used my HSA card when I meant to use my debit card. Cheryll or Alison will message and say something like - “Did you mean to use your HSA card to buy shoes?” Nope, I sure didn’t but they help me fix it whereas my other bank wouldn’t have ever noticed or cared - it would have been my problem. I love it and I love them; I refer them to everyone. Thank you for being amazing, HPB!

  High Plains is a true community bank who supports local business as well as local charities and general community events. They are always quick to help me resolve any issues I have with my business or personal banking needs. They were instrumental in helping our business get through the COVID19 shut down, and in acquiring our PPP loan. I'm proud to call them my hometown bank.

  High Plains Bank in Longmont has been the best banking experience I have ever had. They truly get to know their customers, both business and personal customers, in a way you just don't see at banks anymore. The ENTIRE bank staff gets to know you personally. And they care. Not in a "we care because we like to have your business" way but in a "we care because we want you to succeed and understand how great you succeeding makes our town". One of the rare real-deal companies out there.

  The company I do bookkeeping for banks at High Plains Bank. Their website is easy to use and the staff has always been pleasant and very helpful. They offer competitive checking and savings plans for both business and personal accounts.
