  My friend recommended this place to me as I’m trying to purchase a new home. I contacted them and started the process. I had my credit checked and provided the necessary documents as requested. I had no communication from the person that was assigned to me. I had to reach out to her multiple times to see what was going on with my file. When she did respond I kept getting the run around. It has been about 2 months and I’ve only received 2 calls from them about my application and a few texts. I never received an update on my file. No communication what so ever. Even if we could not move forward or if we needed to work on credit or what ever we needed to do to proceed with helping me get to where I need to be to purchase a home. No one helped me or reached out. Very unprofessional experience.

  Michelle and her Team at Hernandez Pippins Mortgage took all the stress away from my second-time home buying process. The team kept me in touch every step of the way, from document collection, to processing and underwriting by using emails and texting me and even using a SNapp home app.(I personally loved that they are up to date with technology). Yanit was extremely patient with all my questions and was always available for a quick phone call and always had a fast respond from her to my emails. I will definitely referred The Hernandez Pippins Mortgage team to my friends and Family or to anyone in need. Keep up the good work!

  They are the best in Maricopa county! Very efficient when helping me get my house. I totally recommend if your looking for nice houses. I got my house within 1 month! Totally grateful.
