  I am a restoration contractor - this is our 60th year in business and my 27th year - I am dealing with heritage on two claims at the moment. I see all of their Facebook posts and website proclamations about customer service and integrity. I am sad to say my clients experiences are not consistent with these claims. The claims office writes very low estimates and makes egregious errors - when you send detailed photos and your own estimates that clearly state additional damage - then they take weeks to get back with you. I am extremely disappointed for my clients - who do not have the money to pay out of pocket for something the insurance co should rightly be paying for.

  Kim is the agent and she is very knowledgeable. She has been here for 27 years. They offer home, auto, flood,rv,boat insurance and commercial insurance.

  Kim and Brenda are amazing, Every time I have a question it is called and answered needed ins on a truck I was purchasing Kim had insurance on it before I walked out of the dealership.Brenda is great answering calls looking up information and also relaying messages excedra pertaining to ins.
