All employees at this branch go out of their way to answer any questions and assist you, and it's always a pleasure to do business with them. I always look forward to using this branch anytime I'm in Citrus County. Thank you all, and especially Jaimee, for your great service, and answering all my questions over the phone as well.   The Crystal River office is very efficient and friendly. They opened up multiple accounts, and took a credit card application in what seemed like seconds. These ladies out there are FANTASTIC!

  GTE staff are always helpful and professional. I’ve been banking with them since I opened my first account at 13 years old and do not plan on changing!!

  I’ve been doing business with these two ladies for a lot of years . Both of them including the person at the front counter, are very polite and helpful, they are always friendly and looking out for me the customer .

  Awesome place to bank. Honestly I can't think of a better place for me to bank. They put feeling into their customer service AND they might be a little slow sometimes but that is because they want to get it right the first time.
