  I am always HIGHLY impressed with Heritage. I have worked alongside Danalise and Elisha to get loans re-financed, modify accounts and more, and they always work incredibly fast, almost always having documents ready the next day. The rates we have gotten are cheaper than others we have had, and the ladies we have worked with have explained things very well in a way which was easy to understand. They make themselves easily available to meet and are very understanding of all of our needs. ALL of the employees are very kind and courteous, and remember who we are, which is very important for us. I can't how happy we are to utilize Heritage. ALWAYS hassle free and we feel at home banking there.

  I did not know about this little bank in my town, and had not done much if any business with them prior to to receiving the loan that I did from them. I love the heart warming sensation when entering Heritage, because all the staff were smiling and greeted me like I had been doing business with them for years. They handled my loan request like they had been in my shoes with the same situation before. I had been in a position were I needed a vehicle, and I had been turned down before. They addressed the situation that was holding me back, and we struck a deal. Thank you again, and if anyone I know needs a good shove in the right direction, I will most definitely be sending them in your direction.

  I worked with Elisha at the Ladysmith branch for our recent auto loan. She made the entire process very quick and easy. She took care of everything for us, so all we had to do was sign. She also offered us a great credit card to better suit our needs! She was very organized and helpful. I would recommend her/them for any/all of your financial needs.
