  As a realtor, I work with many lenders. Henry's virtue, communication ability, and lending knowledge make him a superhero in the mortgage industry. We've completed several loans together and he's helped our clients with the following things: Getting Buyer's offers accepted out of 10 other offers, by processing loans quickly and calling the agent on the other side and assuring them of their qualifications and that he can close in less than 21 days. (Yes! there are lenders out there that say they can close in shorter time periods and do not actually preform, which isn't fun to deal with the aftermath of that) Henry and his team have completed the loan process in 7 days for our clients. Works tirelessly against picky underwriters that may have a different understanding of lending guidelines. Ability to package and present a client with complex issues, i.e. - several jobs with 1099's, past short-sales, 1099 employees, etc so that they can get approved with a great rate. Thorough communication with Buyers, Escrow and Listing Agents(when necessary) Henry is able to give buyers a thorough understanding the lending process so they move forward with confidence. In addition, he keeps Escrow and us updated of their progress when in Escrow. Great Rates! Henry's interest rates have been on par with internet bank rates, sometimes even better. As everyone knows there are several different vehicles that can get you to the end goal - the difference is the experience that you have in getting there. A Pinto or Compact Car should still get you there fine but it will not be as enjoyable as a Bugatti, Bentley or Royals Royce. When you work with Henry and his team you will have a great experience getting to your end goal. They make obstacles seem like pebbles in the road wherein another vehicle will get stuck.

  Refi’ing your home is not a quick or simple process. It could be quite intimidating and confusing. However, having known Henry from a professional business setting, I knew Henry to be an empathetic as well as knowledgeable individual. He proved this throughout the process.
