  Very happy with my experience. I was able to get the loan I needed to fund my business ventures where as I was having issues with other companies. The associate was very nice, and respectable. She was clear and straight forward. Amie Zwucke was the associate and I'm very happy doing business. I will be back! ☆☆☆☆☆

  I would really like to say my loan accountant Kristin S. was amazing. This was the most easiest, smooth, process ever. I did the application online and about 20min later she called me. She was very professional and so sweet. I went to this amazon clean very friendly place and met her in person and she was very friendly, helpful, understanding and made sure I understood everything I needed to know and how everything works. I most definitely will recommend this place if you’re looking for a loan with not so good credit or even excellent credit. Ask for Kristin she’s magnificent. Most definitely will be telling my family and friends. Thanks Kristin appreciate everything and your help.

  Called the Greenfield branch and Janet, the representative on the phone was not very helpful. I was given a pre-approval letter in the mail and called the branch to see what that means, exactly. The representative was not able to give me a detailed answer and said that in order to be approved that I will need to have a certain score. After telling her that I’ll look into calling back after receiving more information I was hung up on mid sentence and never called back. I thought that was a bit unprofessional

  I've been with Heights Finance since 2019. They were the first one's that opened their doors for me after my bankruptcy. Everyone that works there is EXTREMELY professional and is always ready to help in anyway they can with your financial needs. Out of all the Heights Finance Branches, I strictly only go to the Greenfield location and work with Amie Z. She is so sweet and amazing. She is one of the reasons why I continue to do business with them. Simply wonderful. Great experience. If you're looking to build on your credit I suggest going through Heights Finance.

  Heights Finance is the best place to get a loan. Not only do they work with you to get what you need, but by having a loan through them they will immediately report positive report to your credit bureau every payment you make! They are so kind as well. Very professional and compassionate friendly staff. Kristin and Amy are awesome! Olga is great too!
