  I have worked with Heights and Diana for quite some time. They helped me through some tough times and recently through Credit card debt! Diana is always friendly, professional and helpful with suggestions while going through the loan process. She will not tell you to get the loan if she doesn’t believe you can pay it back. Highly recommend.

  I found myself like most working Americans in these trying times, struggling due to unseen circumstances. I called multiple loan agencies in Springfield and mind you I just purchased a 2021 Hyundai elantra and had zero problems getting a 35,000 loan... but to my surprise no one wanted to give me a loan due to my fair credit score... i called sun, onefinaicial, world, and they all turned me down.... heights finance heeded the call and jokes aside they actually really helped me out when I was in a bind... i dealt with a gentleman Derek who was tremendous and extremely professional and great to deal with. I did a majority of the application over the phone and set an appointment up the next day! it took me 30 minutes to walk in and walk out with a check. If I'm ever in a bind again I will be returning to heights finance, because these other loan places treat you more like a number. oh one more thing... my payments are about half of what i expected!!! thanks heights for the help when i was in a tough spot!

  Go in and ask for John or Angela!! Both are very professional and genuinely care about their customers. Small or big loans they take the time to understand your needs and works with you on payments. Let them know that we sent you over, they will definitely hook you up
