  Audrey and Taylor are the sweetest ladies alive. They have always been helpful and over-all wonderful. I tell them how much i want or monthly payment and they tell me how it is. I appreciate their professionalism and happy-go-lucky attitudes.

  I give this business a 10 star review they were very helpful when needing the loan as well as helping me with payment arrangements while I was dealing with a family death. I have never worked with such a caring helpful respectful loan company in my life. Shawano Branch is the BOMB!! GOOD JOB LADIES!

  Taylor (branch manager) is a horrible person. Spoke with her at 1pm on 2/22/21 and had everything set and was apporoved for a loan. Told to bring documents down with an appointment at 4pm. She calls back at 120pm and all of a sudden she cant do it. Your job is to check before you say approved. Obviously she cant do her job and needs to be let go. Cant believe people!!!!!!

  I love dealing with Heights Finance. They are fast, friendly and professional. I've had loans with them for 6 years now and have never had a bad experience.

  Taylor is always come through for us when we needed it the most we’ve done lots of business with Heights finance and we will continue to do business with them would recommend this place to anybody who needs to get an auto loan or any type of loan really

  Terrible customer service. Very un educated and rude to customers. Taylor koenig doesnt belong being a branch manager. Wouldnt help, very snobby.
